Fix Spider-Man Input Delay

While swinging through the city, my turns felt half a beat slow, a subtle lag that became infuriating at high speeds. I swapped between five different USB ports, but the lag remained, and some ports even failed to recognize the device entirely. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to set polling priority to Highest and kill RGB services, removing the 4-12 ms jitter per AIDA64. GamePP Latency Test confirmed response times dropped from 15-22ms to 8-11ms, with VRM temps at 55-61℃ per HWiNFO.
