How do I fix slow loading in The Mageseeker on a Fanxiang S790 drive?

Mageseeker story loads were taking 10 seconds, killing my flow. I tried increasing virtual memory, but it actually lowered my frame rate. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to raise the limit from 1024 to 2048 and switched to High Performance. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads jumping to 75-80MB/s. Loads now finish in 4 seconds, and drive temps stay cool at 48-55℃.
