Fixing Dying Light 2 Load Hangs
During map jumps, the loading screen often froze at 85% for several seconds, which was incredibly frustrating. I tried updating the storage controller drivers in Device Manager, but loading times actually increased by 3 seconds. I then increased the NVMe queue depth to 256 via GamePP and activated the High Performance power plan. CrystalDiskMark verified 4K read speeds increased to 75-82MB/s, with SSD temps stable at 42-50℃ per HWInfo64 and Southbridge at 55-61℃ per HWInfo64.
