How can I resolve physics engine stuttering in SCARLET NEXUS caused by uneven core load and high CPU temperatures?

Frame rates dropped from 110 to 45 FPS during cloud physics, with E-Cores at 100%. I tried Windows Performance mode, but it didn't fix the scheduling imbalance. I used GamePP Fan Curve Config to set fan to 1800 RPM and threshold to 68°C. Cinebench R23 showed temps dropping from 92°C to 78°C. HWiNFO confirmed voltage at +0.01V. This backup of settings stabilized frame rates at 92-108 FPS.
