Why does F1 25 stutter during high-speed racing and pit entries?

I was racing at 300km/h when I hit these awful 0.2s pauses during pit entries, with RTSS showing frame times jumping between 8-35ms. It totally killed the vibe. I tried disabling all disk indexing services in system settings, but loading speeds didn't budge, which was honestly baffling. Then I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to bump the queue depth from 1024 to 2048 and enabled forced write cache flush. CrystalDiskMark confirmed random reads rose to 68-75MB/s, and AIDA64 showed temperatures stable at 52-60℃.
