Taming CPU Thermal Spikes
I was exploring this grand fantasy world, wondering if my compact Jonsbo CR-1400E ARGB could handle extreme single-core loads. It didn't. Entering towns felt like a nightmare as temperatures spiked. I tried enabling power-saving mode in BIOS; while the temp dropped 4℃, my minimum FPS plummeted from 42 to 31 per GamePP Sensor, which felt like a performance castration. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to force 90% speed above 80℃. Now, core temperatures converge to 68-75℃ per AIDA64, and my CPU clock stays stable at 4.6GHz per GamePP Sensor, finally killing those stutters.
