Stabilizing GPU Power Rail
The excitement of swinging through Manhattan was cut short by a sudden black screen when GPU power peaked at 320W per GPU-Z. I tried limiting the frame rate to 60 FPS in the driver panel; the crashes stopped, but the fluid gameplay was gone. I activated the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to Ultimate Performance mode. This stabilized the voltage from 11.2-11.5V up to 12.0V per Multimeter, and FrameView showed frame times converged to a smooth 8-12ms.
