Solving Texture Pop-in Issues
Exploring the Forbidden West was a letdown because distant machines looked like low-res blobs, which completely broke my immersion. I tried increasing virtual memory to 64MB in Windows, but it didn't help loading and actually tanked my FPS from 85 down to 72. I finally used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Guide to bump memory voltage from 1.25V to 1.32V. AIDA64 showed memory latency dropped to 78-84ns, MemTest86 confirmed zero errors over five passes, and HWiNFO verified memory temps stayed between 42-48℃.
