Why does The Last of Us Part I stutter on Fanxiang S790E 4TB?

Loading save files in the ruined city caused fatal stutter with 105-118ns memory controller latency (AIDA64). I first tried updating the BIOS, but it added 20s to boot time without fixing the errors. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection to switch the NVMe driver to the vendor custom version. In CrystalDiskMark, 4K random read improved from 42-48MB/s to 65-72MB/s. Disk temperature remained stable at 40-45℃ (HWiNFO), effectively fixing the issue.
