How to stop thermal throttling on Samsung 9100 PRO 4TB SSD?

Once I had a few dozen Pals working in my base, my FPS crashed from 110 down to 40. It was actually exciting because I finally found the culprit: the Samsung 9100 PRO's PCIe 5.0 speed generates insane heat. Core temps were hitting 82-88°C, triggering hardware thermal throttling. I tried capping the PCIe slot to 4.0 in BIOS, which dropped temps to 60°C but cut my load speeds in half—not a real solution. I ended up replacing the thermal pads with higher-grade ones and tweaked the M.2 fan curve to hit 100% at 65°C. HWiNFO now shows the drive staying between 58-64°C, and the FP
