How to fix horizontal screen tearing in Splinter Cell Remake?

While sneaking through dark vents, every fast camera turn caused obvious horizontal tearing, killing the tension of the game. I tried enabling V-Sync, but the input lag made it feel like I was walking through mud, which only increased my anxiety. I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to raise sharpening from 50 to 72 and locked the render scale to 100%. After adjusting the power plan to Ultimate Performance, RTSS showed a flat frame generation curve at 12-15ms, with core temps at 55-61℃ per HWInfo and fans at 1400-1600RPM via GamePP.
