Reduce High I/O Wait Times
Running through the wasteland, the screen would stutter without warning before returning to smoothness—a fragmented nightmare. I tried updating the motherboard chipset drivers, but the frequency of frame drops actually increased, which felt like a reverse optimization. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to locate and disable three redundant storage monitoring services. Frame generation intervals converged to 8-11ms per RTSS, I/O wait times dropped from 20-45ms per RTSS, and SSD temperature remained at 42-48℃ per HWInfo.
