Fixing frame time spikes in Nightingale with G.Skill Trident Z

Every time my character crossed a region boundary, the game would hitch violently, which is a total disaster during high-stakes combat. Comparing the data, the default timings on my G.Skill Trident Z DDR4 3600 16GB were hitting abnormal latency peaks of 12-18ms (RTSS) when loading complex assets. I tried enabling 'Low Latency Mode' in-game, but with only 16GB of RAM, it actually made the memory paging worse and increased the stutter frequency, leaving me feeling pretty anxious. I then used the GamePP Frame Time Analyzer to pinpoint the issue and found that the tRFC parameter was way too high, so I squeezed it down from 560 to 480.
