Optimizing Novigrad Combat
During battles in Novigrad, I experienced weird frame drops that totally broke the combat flow. I tried manually setting CPU affinity in Task Manager to disable all E-Cores, but the overall frame rate plummeted from 140 to 85 FPS, which was deeply frustrating. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch to L2 mode and adjusted VCCSA voltage to 1.22V. CPU-Z showed frequencies stabilized at 4.8-5.1GHz, and AIDA64 confirmed full-load temperatures remained within 82-88℃.
