Optimizing PCIe Link Latency

During high-speed urban chases, whenever new area components loaded, my frame rate would plummet from 110 to 45, which was maddening. I tried changing the PCIe mode from Auto to Gen4 in BIOS, but the stutters persisted and I even experienced occasional black screens. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to increase VDDQ from 1.1V to 1.16V and optimized the LL mode. Cinebench R23 ran for 2 hours with zero errors, AIDA64 showed VRM temperatures at 56-63℃, and HWInfo confirmed the 1.16V stability.
