Locking CPU Frequency for Stability
Strolling through Kamurocho, the screen hit 0.1s instant pauses constantly, which was incredibly irritating. I tried disabling all power-saving options in the BIOS, but idle CPU temps soared to 60℃ with deafening fan noise, making me very cautious. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to set a custom high-performance mode and locked the minimum processor state at 95%. Now, CPU temperature is 65-72℃ per AIDA64, and frame generation time is 11-16ms per RTSS.
