Why does Dying Light 2 drop frames with Corsair Vengeance DDR5?

It's absurd that top-tier memory would drop frames during parkour. I tried closing all background software to free up resources, but the frame rate still fluctuated wildly between 45-60 FPS per RTSS. I used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to tune the frequency to 5800MHz and increased VDD to 1.38V. Frame time was suppressed to 11-16ms per RTSS, and AIDA64 confirmed a 4% read/write boost while temps hit 52-58℃ per HWiNFO.
