Stopping Combat Heat Spikes
Critical parries were a disaster because the screen would freeze for 0.3 seconds during combat. I first tried maxing my fans to 100%, but the noise was deafening and core temps still spiked above 92℃. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch to L3 mode and dropped Vcore by 0.04V. Cinebench tests showed peak temps dropped to 86-90℃ per HWMonitor, latency hit 12ms per GamePP, and fans ran at 1800-2000RPM per GamePP.
