This was ridiculous—the moment a giant sandworm appeared, my clock speed started bouncing between 2400MHz and 2100MHz, making the game look like a slideshow. The power wall on the Vastarmor RX 9060 XT Black Alloy is way too conservative, causing constant downclocking at 4K with frame times swinging from 14ms to 35ms.
