Optimize Memory Timings
Watching the slight hitches during interstellar jumps made me anxious; this lack of fluidity is fatal in a space sim. I tried enabling Windows Ultimate Performance mode, but it only increased fan speeds to 2200 RPM per HWMonitor without fixing a single stutter. Using the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor, I manually tightened the primary timings to 14-16-16-34 and bumped voltage to 1.35V. Latency dropped to 68-72ns per GamePP Latency Tool, and memory temps stayed 42-48℃ per AIDA64.
