How to fix loading freezes in The Last of Us on Maxsun B650M?

While traversing abandoned city streets, the game would freeze for about 2 seconds every time I entered a new area—an absolutely terrible experience. I first tried installing the game on different partitions, but the loading time actually increased by 1 second, which felt completely pointless. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the queue depth from 1024 to 2048 and enabled the forced write cache flush. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads rose from 52MB/s to 74MB/s, and Smart monitoring confirmed disk temperature at 45-52℃.
