Speed Up Planet Jumps
Every time I jumped between planets, the endless loading screens made me wonder if my SSD was dying; the wait was exhausting. I tried updating the SSD firmware, but it only shaved off one second, which felt completely useless. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configurator to increase the depth from 32 to 128 and forced PCIe Gen4 mode. Random 4K read speed increased to 78MB/s per CrystalDiskMark, and SSD temperatures stayed at 42-48℃ per HWiNFO, finally making exploration fast.
