How do I stop map loading stutter in Metaphor: ReFantazio with the Intel 660P 1TB?

Map loading in Metaphor: ReFantazio was painfully slow. My Intel 660P 1TB was stuttering due to an outdated driver, causing 12-15s load times. I tried a manual driver update, but the stuttering persisted, which was a real head-scratcher. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to optimize process priority and adjusted the BIOS settings to ensure the drive was prioritized. GamePP Benchmark Test confirmed the load time dropped to 8s.
