How do I reduce map loading lag in Genshin Impact on RX 9070 XT?

Map loads in Genshin took 12 seconds, dropping FPS to 48. I tried XMP, but it blue-screened. I used GamePP Memory Controller Monitor to set timings to 36-38-38-72. AIDA64 showed bandwidth jumping to 65GB/s, and loads dropped to 6 seconds with 42-48°C temps.
