Why do I get random frame drops in Khazan with KingBank Silver Lord RAM?

Hunting scenes were a nightmare with FPS dropping to 30. I tried updating the chipset driver, but it just caused a blue screen. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to reset the driver and switched the power plan to High Performance. RTSS shows frame times now stable at 16-18ms, and AIDA64 confirms motherboard temps at 55-60°C. This set of changes ended the instability.
