Fixing FSR 3 frame generation stutters on Radeon RX 9070 XT
During those massive summon fights, the FPS counter says 120, but there's this subtle, annoying jitter that just won't go away. The Vastarmor Radeon RX 9070 XT Super Alloy has insane bandwidth, but with FSR 3 frame gen on, the memory controller was hitting irregular delays of 15-22ms while processing the interpolated frames. I tried turning off all the driver 'enhancements', which stopped the stuttering but tanked my FPS back to 60—definitely not the solution I was looking for. I eventually went into the AMD tuning panel, nudged the VRAM frequency to 2600MHz, and set it to 'Compute' priority. Looking at the RivaTuner frame time graph, the jagged spikes were finally crushed down to 8-11ms, and the game actually feels fluid now. I tried pushing the frequency to the absolute max, but the screen started flickering, so I dropped it by 50MHz to keep it stable. Core temps are 68-74℃ and fans are locked at 1400 RPM. 3DMark loops confirm it's stable, though FSR 3 still feels a bit experimental.
