How to stop micro-stutters in Ghost Keeper on MSI B450M MORTAR?

Walking on the snowy mountain peak, the screen occasionally jumps as if it were slapped, which completely ruins the exploration. I tried manually ending non-essential processes in Task Manager, but they just reloaded after restarting the game, and HWiNFO showed CPU load spiking to 85-98%. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process to Realtime and moved background interference to Low priority. CPU core load distribution then converged from 30-95% to 62-78% per HWiNFO, with CPU temps stable at 65-72℃ per AIDA64.
