Resolving Virtual Memory Paging

Riding through the streets of Novigrad, the screen would freeze for 0.5 seconds without warning, which was jarring in the Next-Gen high-quality mode. I tried manually setting Windows virtual memory to 32GB, but it didn't help and instead spiked disk I/O to 100%, which felt completely futile. I used the GamePP Process Priority Manager to deprioritize background services and recovered 2.1GB of zombie cache via the GamePP Memory Tool. The memory monitor showed occupancy drop from 15.4GB to 13.1GB, and HWiNFO64 confirmed memory temperatures at 44-49℃ with 5600MHz stability per GamePP Monitor.
