Stabilize AoE Combat Framerate
In complex combat, the frame rate fluctuates wildly like an ECG, especially when casting AoE skills, making me very cautious about the experience. I first tried manually locking the multiplier in BIOS, but CPU temperatures soared to 90℃, triggering severe thermal throttling, which left me anxious. I then used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to set the system to High Performance and the minimum processor state to 100%. RivaTuner showed frame times converged to 24-28ms, HWMonitor confirmed temps at 72-78℃, and GamePP Hardware Sensor saw no more 3.6GHz-4.4GHz jumps. Now I verify
