Fix Severe Frequency Jumps
I've had enough; in a game that demands absolute fluidity, these frequent frame drops are a total disaster. My RX 9070 XT was hitting 85℃ and throttling violently per HWiNFO. I first tried the driver's performance mode, but while the fans got louder, the temperature stayed high and the stuttering continued, which was infuriating. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to lock the fans at 100% above 75℃ and tweaked the VRAM voltage offset. Under continuous pressure testing, the core frequency stabilized at 2.5 GHz and temps hit 77-81℃ via GamePP, ending the drops.
