Fix GPU Voltage Drops
During high-intensity scene loads, the game crashed to the desktop every twenty minutes, which was absolutely maddening. I first tried limiting the maximum frame rate via software, but while crashes decreased, the smoothness was totally compromised. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Guide to set the load-line to L3 mode and increased offset voltage by +0.02V. GPU-Z showed voltage fluctuations drop from 0.05-0.11V to just 0.01V, while HWInfo64 confirmed power stable at 160-180W and GPU-Z showed temps at 72-78℃.
