Fixing Unstable CPU Frequencies
With a title this big, I have to monitor every parameter because any tiny fluctuation causes screen tearing. I tried disabling C-State in the BIOS, but idle power consumption soared and temps rose by 8℃, which was too extreme. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force High Performance mode and optimized the core parking policy. RTSS showed frame intervals converged to 11-16ms; CPU temperature was 62-70℃ per AIDA64 and clocks hit 3.8-4.6GHz per CPU-Z.
