Handling QLC NAND Cache Decay
In the oppressive atmosphere of the rat swarms, my drive was groaning during asset pre-loading, which was maddening. I tried enabling write caching in the driver, but it risked data loss on reboot—a dangerous attempt that left me annoyed. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to switch to Low Latency Priority and cleared 4GB of temporary system cache. Frame time fluctuation converged to 18-35ms per RTSS, and drive temps stayed at 38-45℃ per HWiNFO.
