Why does Nightingale stutter when building floating islands?

I was devastated when building large floating islands caused my CPU temps to jump from 62℃ to 94℃ in seconds per AIDA64, totally killing my immersion. I tried setting the fan mode to full speed in BIOS, but the noise was like a helicopter taking off while temps still lingered at 88-92℃. It was a nightmare. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to steepen the slope, hitting 85% speed at 70℃. Now, core temps are suppressed to 76-82℃ per HWMonitor, and frequencies are a stable 4.5-4.7GHz per CPU-Z.
