How to fix VRM heat and stutter in Nightingale on MSI B760M BOMBER DDR4?

I felt the immersion shatter as VRM temps hit 85°C during map loads. I tried adding a heatsink, but it failed to drop temps below 80°C per AIDA64. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Panel to raise RPM from 1500 to 1800 at 80°C. AIDA64 confirmed stable power phases at 128-145A and core temps dropping to 72-78°C. The frame drops stopped, and I could finally play without anxiety.
