Should I lock core clocks for Zotac RTX 5060 Ti in Scarlet Nexus?

The moment the smoothness kicked in, I realized how powerful a locked clock is. Previously, the Zotac RTX 5060 Ti core frequency was bouncing like crazy between 1800MHz and 2400MHz, causing the frame rate to swing from 75 FPS down to 40 FPS—it felt terrible.
