Preventing GPU Downclocking via Fan Curves
With battle effects on max, GPU temperature broke 80℃, triggering downclocking and significant frame drops. I tried maxing out fan speed manually, but the noise was unbearable, which was a frustrating trade-off. I needed a smarter solution. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configurator to set a custom curve, activating aggressive cooling at 60℃. HWiNFO confirmed the temperature dropped to 68℃, and GPU-Z showed the frequency remained stable without throttling. Frame rate stabilized via RTSS, allowing me to enjoy the intense combat without thermal throttling.
