Why does Marvel's Spider-Man 2 stutter on G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 4000?

Swinging through Brooklyn felt like swimming in mud; RTSS showed frame times bouncing between 8.3-12.1ms. I tried clearing temp files, but the 14.2-16.8GB background usage (Task Manager) persisted. Then I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the process to Real-time priority and switched to High Performance mode. AIDA64 confirmed memory temp stabilized at 58-63℃, and RTSS locked frame times to 5.1-6.4ms. The controls finally snapped back to life.
