Tomb Raider spikes to 90C, where is the problem located?

90℃ temps scared me into thinking the CPU was burnt out. I restarted the system, but the issue persisted. I physically reseated the Noctua NH-D14. Fresh thermal paste applied. AIDA64 stress test showed peak 72℃. Idle temp dropped to 35℃. Hardware finalized as healthy.
