Fixing i9 13900K Scheduling
Vehicle collisions in city streets created a clear scheduling bottleneck for the i9 13900K's E-Cores, causing frames to tank from 120 to 55. I tried setting the Windows power plan to 'High Performance', but while P-Cores responded faster, E-Core latency remained. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set LL to L3 mode and tuned VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 multi-core score rose to 37500 and core temperatures stabilized at 76-82℃ per HWInfo64, completing the export.
