Why does BioShock 4 freeze during weapon swaps with Kingston RAM?

While sneaking through the corridors of the underwater city, I noticed occasional micro-freezes that totally broke my immersion, especially when switching weapons. I initially tried increasing virtual memory to 32GB, but it didn't alleviate the stuttering and instead made my overall system response feel sluggish. To fix this, I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process priority from Normal to Realtime and optimized the page file allocation. After the tweak, RTSS monitoring showed frame times converging from 18-45ms to 13-17ms, and AIDA64 confirmed memory temperatures stayed stable at 42-48℃.
