Fix Simulation Update Freezes
I was so excited to build my manor, but during population calculations, the screen would freeze for 0.4s without warning. I tried disabling all power-saving options in Windows, but FPS only rose by 3 and CPU temps climbed by 5℃. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set LL mode to L3 and added a 0.02V offset. RTSS showed frame times converged to 12-16ms, and HWInfo confirmed Vcore stabilized at 1.22-1.26V with VRM at 52-58℃.
