Why does my RAM heat up during stealth? Where is the latency problem coming from?

RAM temperature spiked to 72℃ and frame time jumped to 22ms during nighttime stealth sequences. I tried relaxing the tCL timing to 20, but this worsened the latency and did not reduce the stuttering at all. The issue was a combination of heat and tight timing. Using GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor, I adjusted the tCL timing from 18 to 19 and increased the RAM cooling fan baseline speed to 1500 RPM. RAM temperature stabilized at 58-64℃ per GamePP Hardware Sensor, and MemTest86 reported zero errors in 4 loops. This finalize calibrates your memory.
