MGSΔ Frame Time Fix
The WD Black SN770 1TB driver was causing wild frame time swings between 12-28ms, ruining my stealth sessions. I tried disabling the drive in Device Manager, but that broke my live stream entirely. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to set the background sync service to manual start and enabled hardware encoding priority in OBS. RivaTuner showed frame times converging to a stable 8-11ms range, with temperatures holding at 40-48℃.
