Dune: Awakening Memory Bandwidth Fix

Loading stalls were annoying. Tightening timings to 19-19-19-45 caused a BSOD, so I had to revert. Using GamePP BIOS Wizard, I set timings to 20-20-20-48 and verified voltage at 1.35V. Bandwidth rose from 38GB/s to 42GB/s, and MemTest86 showed zero errors, making loading smooth.
