Managing Massive Battle Heat
In the heat of battle in Warhammer III, my CPU would hit 95℃, causing my frame rate to crash from 60 to 25 FPS. It was a nightmare. I spent an hour rearranging all my chassis fans thinking it was an airflow issue, but temperatures still spiked, leaving me frustrated. I decided to use the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to replace the sluggish default response with a stepped curve, pushing 1600-1900 RPM between 75-85℃. AIDA64 confirmed max temperatures were suppressed to 82-86℃, and RTSS showed the frame drops vanished. My RAM stayed cool at 45-52℃, and fans hit 1900 RPM per HWiNFO. Pure bliss at 52℃
