Reducing Scheduling Latency
While sneaking through Seattle, rapid camera turns caused 0.3s freezes that completely broke my immersion. I tried increasing virtual memory to 32GB, but this caused severe disk swapping that dropped my FPS from 55 to 32 per RTSS, which was a total failure. I switched to the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force the game process priority to 'Realtime' and optimized the CPU core affinity. It worked perfectly; frame times converged to 16-22ms per RTSS, while motherboard temps stayed at 52-58℃ per HWInfo.
