Why does Resident Evil 9 stutter when loading new areas on my SSD?

Loading new areas broke the tension with severe stutters. I tried increasing virtual memory, but it caused read/write conflicts. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to raise depth to 2048. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads hitting 68-75MB/s. The game runs smooth now.
