Fixing E-Core Scheduling Bottlenecks

FPS in Far Cry 6 crashed from 120 to 48 during physics-heavy cloud scenes, a real pain. I tried Windows Performance mode, but it didn't fix the E-Core delay. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set VCCSA to 1.25V and LL to L3. Cinebench R23 scores jumped from 35800 to 37200 points. FPS stabilized at 95-110, and core temps dropped to 78-84℃ per GamePP. This export of stability is a game-changer for my build.
