How to fix texture flickering with Kingbank Yin Jue 32GB RAM?

While tearing across the wilderness, the environment textures started jumping colors randomly, which completely ruined the driving experience. Looking at the logs, my Kingbank Yin Jue 32GB DDR4 3600 was fluctuating between 1.34V - 1.37V (HWiNFO) after enabling XMP 3600MHz, leading to those annoying checksum errors. I tried the lazy route first by dropping the frequency to 3200MHz in the BIOS; the flickering stopped, but my FPS tanked from 85 to 72, which was a trade-off I just couldn't accept. I then fired up the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard, locked the voltage at 1.38V, and set the load-line to L2 mode.
